We invite faculty to propose open education projects for the upcoming summer (can be implemented in next academic year). For inspiration, here are some examples:
- OER creation: Math OER and homework system; Start Here, Speak Anywhere course text
- Student open pedagogy projects: student-created augmented reality gallery
- OER adoption for faculty cohorts (Sociology)
- Let your imagination run wild!
Stipend and other funding TBD depending on the needs and scope of your project. We look forward to hearing your ideas by Monday, May 5, 2025. Please submit your proposed project using this application form.
These projects are part of the ongoing open education initiative at both CUNY and SUNY funded by the NYS Education Department.
