I teach film studies. I very interested in effective teaching strategies as I used to be a HS Principal (Van Arsdale HS in the BK). I’m looking forward to some Outrigger Canoe races, maybe a surf trip to El Salvador, and seeing Wilco. I’m currently reading Going Going Gone a sci fi baseball novel. Super fun. Next on my list is man of ashes – memoir of a holocaust survivor. the book was given to me by the grandson of the writer who i met at an outrigger canoe race.
