User Testing+Feedback

Some trial and error in implementing the changes but looks like we made some headway. Thank you all for providing some generous feedback. Hopefully this time around the changes will provide a solid experience.

Everything still feels bare bones since there’s not much variation in regards to the tiles themselves. Might have to build another set with a lighter tone for contrast. But for now I’m just putting my attention on polishing the technical aspects of the project making sure buttons that are pressed do their intended functions and take the player where they need to go and what not. I also added a gamepad controller set up as hinted in the instructions screenshot so I’m hoping to test it out both windows and mac.

User Feedback for Planet Goop

Thank you all for joining the quest within Planet Goop! Your engagement and perseverance, especially when facing the towering enemies with their tricky small hitboxes and navigating the ever-challenging platform sizes, have not gone unnoticed. I am grateful for your patience as we refine these elements to enhance your galactic journey. Your feedback is the beacon that guides our improvements!

Sound Design

These are my sounds used for my level. I have Background music- Flute Fleet by Podington Bear. I also have a jump, hit, and attack sound.
