Updated character Sprite

I updated my character sprite to include an attack function. I also drew a full concept picture of Willow. Yes, she is a murderer. Its just a hobby. Will upload Scenery soon.

This took quite some time over the past couple of days but I’m excited to finally see the results in engine. I learned some valuable knowledge while working on these sprites (I guess thats how its like when starting out in animation you only learn fire is hot AFTER you get burned not before :I ) For example, duplicate frames only when you’ve established all your poses and ready to avoid backtracking. Unfortunately, I did not pick up on that when I first started working on the idle animation. I was adding details back and forth to the point I messed up consistency in each frame and had to redraw or delete a few frames. (Wasted a whole day doing that) But by the time I was half way finished with the jump animation I learned to avoid that by preparing my key frames first and avoid wasting time.

I chose this character because it was an old character I used to love drawing and I thought she’d look cool as a pixel character.

Say hello to Mr. Scream, the trendiest avatar down the block., He is a little bit ugly, and is easily afraid, and he cannot stop screaming! He is always willing to go on a wild adventure, He is pretty fragile, and will die in one hit, lucky for him, wearing pairs of boxer shorts will power him up, and make him a force to be reckoned with! Mr. Screams favorite hobby is watching rated R horror films, because it makes him scream the loudest. GO MR. SCREAM!!!
