Final Game Update

A little late since i couldn’t work on it much is the past few days, but here’s what i got. Enemies made to follow and we’re allowed to kill them. The damage thing got bugged but its okay. I made a few more sprites as well

UPDATE!!

Mostly worked on character sprites and game level layout. Pretty much everything is ready for NPCS and dialogue, along with any enemies the player needs to defeat

Godot Game Update

Here are some updates to my game in the Godot engine: I added sounds for level start, background music, item pickups, as well as jump and landing sounds. I also introduced two items for the player to collect, specifically an orb and energy. Additionally, I implemented a collision enemy along with a hit animation for the player character.

More Underworld Progress

I still have assets I wish to make such as torches, Enemy and Friend sprites and things players can collect so I need to do that still. But as of now I’ve gotten most of the level designed! Mainly the layout. Same with the lobby

I do wanna focus a bit more on coding in damage, dealing damage, dialogue and npcs wandering around. But the video shows what I have so far

I do need to edit some stuff

I added background and platforms for my game in Godot and a jump animation. Here are some of the sprites I created:

Godot Game First Steps

I set up the player sprite and first couple of assets for my first game in Godot. I didn’t really have an idea on what to go for or what game to make, so I just drew something at random on Piskel. I knew I wanted to maybe add multiple possible avatars for the player to choose from, so I wanted to make a simple base that I can draw different faces over. I ended up drawing a bubble. I drew some flowers for decoration and a coin to maybe be used as an item later.

Blog assignment 6

This is my godot character in a scene. It’s a very rough introduction because I was absent. As I continue to work on my game the concept will be developed.

Godot Game: Dee

This is Dee. Im definitly gonna change the trees and such to fit to her design an size. I want this game to be about a little mouse causing mischief in her town or city (I haven’t decided). I also may make the game less pixelated.
