My game rewards are gold coins that the player can use to get more equipment and a heart that the player can use to get more health.

my character is a ninja so I was going to go with a throwing star as the coins but I thought it would be better if they were donuts. he’s a ninja but he’s a chubby little ninja. I got the idea for donuts from Homer Simpson.
for extra life, i just use a simple red heart.
Rewards/ Life Lab – Joshua Young
This is my rewards sprite for my game. It’s a spray can that is located somewhere in the setting of the game. The purpose of this item/reward is for the player to gather enough of these spray cans so they can go spray-paint the city in their color.
These sprites are the players Life. On the character design, the character the player plays as has a couple of patches on their coat. I thought it would be cool to have those patches act as their life. For example, every time you lose a life, the less amount of patches is on the character, and the more patches(lives) as long as it’s above three, the character will have it’s original design. That might be a cool little detail.
Tiles/Designing with Tiles/Rewards – Rose
It’s been a while, but that is because I designed a lot of things and held off on putting them into godot until today, where I decided to put them all together and get three labs done at once.
First, here are the sprites for my rewards. 6 eggs for 6 levels, one egg as the main goal for each level.
Second, here are my tiles for the tile map. I do plan to make more special tiles, like ones for water hazard, but for now these are the ones that will be used the most often.
Finally, here’s everything put together in godot.
Rewards- James
For the rewards in my game, I decided to add coins, hearts and 1-up potions. For the coins, if you collect them, you are able to upgrade the player by increasing his heart stats or boost his attacks. For the hearts, they are there to collect if you are low in health. The green potion will not only restore you heart stat, but will give you a 1-up.
