Hello everyone, I’m Xiao Lin which you could shorten to Xiao if you want. I am currently in my 2nd year at BMCC attending the Video Arts and Technology major. I do a bit of baking and cooking in my free time whilst also trying out food from other cuisines. Back to this class, I’m not sure what I can expect but I am curious as to what I can learn. Greetings class, My major is digital marketing. I am a real estate salesperson. I also like to write. I’m taking this class to learn how to create better marketing and pictures for my children’s books and others to follow. I also hope to incorporate the skills I learn here in my real estate business. Hi everyone, this is my first semester at BMCC and my fifth year living in the city. Moving to New York has inspired me to pursue my interests in film and media. As a long time lover of the creative arts, I look forward to using this class to improve my storytelling endeavors.

Hello everyone, my name is Samijah Rodriguez I am currently in my last semester of BMCC and my major is business administration. I’m excited about this class because I want to learn more about multimedia. I want to be able to learn how to present texts, pictures, audio, and video with links and tools that help me navigate and communicate while using a computer. I would love to expand my knowledge with everyone and learn along the way. I have many talents that consist of sketching, singing, pianist and a writer. I am a professor, academic technologist and digital media creative. I’ve been working in the field for a long time and seen a lot of changes. I’m excited about new developments in web design and bringing them to people new to the field. Outside of school I enjoy photography, fitness and film. Recently, I started learning woodworking and I’m happy to say I’m writing this on a desk I made. CONTACT ME The best way to contact me will be through Discord. Hi everyone my name is Lizabeth. My major is CIS (Computer Information Systems). I am very excited to be in this class I have always loved digital drawing I used Firealpaca for all my projects if you are interested it is a very well-made free program I recommend for starting out. I also enjoy taking pictures and always wanted to learn how to make them better in Photoshop. I believe my best picture is one I took of my friend when we went diving in Cancun, I will upload the picture please tell me what you think.

Hi hi, I’m Lily, an animation major! This is my first semester and I’m already overwhelmed (´Д` ) But yeah, in my free time I draw and play piano as well as watch anime and play video games. I’m interested in telling impactful stories, whether that end up being through animation, music, video games, or something else; I have a lot of things I wanna do, actually, but I’m depressed and have trouble getting even getting started…

Hi everyone! My name is Keanu, like the actor, and this is my third semester at BMCC. I moved to New York in 2016 and am pursuing a degree in Urban and Community studies. I love to read and play video games on my free time (which is rarely). I took some graphic design courses before moving to NY, and this class felt like something that I would be very interested in. I consider myself to be a creative, and think it important to learn different medias of art and creation.

I was born and raised here in Brooklyn, I am a Studio Art major specifically in painting and I am looking forward to the things we do this semester.
