Ny Warren, aka Kemara Night, is an “artist of all forms”. Ever ready to expand her experiences and education, Kemara has found a home in various art styles. Amongst her accomplishments, Ms. Night can note being a published writer, self-published author, award-winning slam poet, decorated musician, and much more. Often calling herself an “artivist”, Kemara believes heavily in activism as well, having performed and participated in various city marches and protests. She is a stalwart mental health advocate, especially when pertaining to marginalized communities being supported. Currently, a Music major at BMCC, Kemara looks forward to honing her skills so she can birth further creative designs and fresh business ideas into the world. In her spare time, Ms. Night can be found mingling with God; playing great music at questionable volumes after dark; or snacking whilst conceptualizing a better world – one she helps cultivate.
