The Neu­ropsy­chol­ogy Lab­o­ra­tory, led by Dr. Ok­sana Sivkovich Fagin, pro­vides stu­dents with hands-on ex­pe­ri­ence in cog­ni­tive neu­ro­science re­search. Our lab fo­cuses on ex­plor­ing brain ac­tiv­ity using elec­troen­cephalog­ra­phy (EEG), with an em­pha­sis on at­ten­tion, mem­ory, and emo­tions. Stu­dents en­gage in ex­per­i­men­tal de­sign, data col­lec­tion, and EEG analy­sis, de­vel­op­ing prac­ti­cal skills that bridge psy­chol­ogy and neu­ro­science. The lab of­fers struc­tured re­search op­por­tu­ni­ties, while ad­vanced stu­dents and stipend re­cip­i­ents par­tic­i­pate in in­de­pen­dent re­search pro­jects that con­tribute to the broader sci­en­tific com­mu­nity.
