  • Process payments for various transactions (Maintenance Fee, Interest Due, Wire Transfers, scan checks), while ensuring payment is made to the appropriate project.

  • Responsible for counting all the cash that enters to the hotel and making daily accounting reports (general cashier, petty cash, deposit, chargebacks, resort fee, invoices, inventory, and payroll, AR)
  • Customer service. – Provide effective customer service, being able to answer all the questions that timeshare owners have. In charge of making and sending digital content regarding timeshare (welcome letters and holidays letter). Sending the reservation form to the department in charge.
  • Assist the Human Resources department and the activities coordinator in the different types of events that the hotel holds (decoration for holidays, parties, giving ideas of different activities that guests can carry out within the hotel).
