My name is Yvette Torres Valera.My major is Psychology when I graduate I would like to become a student counselor for elementary students and I want to work hard so I can help kids so they can trust me and go to me if they ever need help or ever want someone to talk to. I always loved helping even as a kid I would try to complete my work first because then my teacher would assign me as a little teacher and I would help kids out as a 5-year-old, so I kept my word and still pursued the need I have to help kids out but in a psychological field. My pronouns are she/her and I’m taking this course because it sounded so interesting I would love to learn more about Gender and women’s studies and how this class can impact me for a better view on opening my interest in this I’m curious of learning more about it.I also love musicals(:
