Summary

I didn't know how much capitalism hurts because this system has a good reputation. It tended to be compared with fascism and was built as a much worst oppressive medieval feudalism philosophy.
It makes wicked sense that one would hire the cheapest labor to save the most money and profit. Does slavery make sense ?!

We focus so much on our money, our cars, and our properties, and this takes all the values of being a good person away! Money not only makes you and your family safe, but in a fake reality of power, they make you intelligent, good-looking, and socially higher, and it tends to give you more confidence. Not a confidence of a good person who does the right thing but a winner in a rat race. So we don't care about who works for us and how they feel. We don't care to know the employees or to be away if they have children who go to school and need days off.
Also, everything is very expensive and challenging. So the need for money makes you blind to internal human needs and common sense where existential life values should be very important: internal happiness, health, and friendships!
I am an emigrant, so I know a lot about that, but I didn't see this problem as a whole, a system chain. As a nice emigrant woman in many jobs, I had to do my job and many others who were needed without a more significant pay. My schedule was told to me, and I had to be thankful for a small pay because I had work and should be happy because I was a guest. Work would never let me find me get another better job because I was never able to save enough to risk not working for 2-3 months. I was not able to afford college and had to be satisfied with public library English lessons. Capitalism is made for people to profit only. Regulations often come from suing the company for sexual harassment, inequality, and ecological or another type of exploitation and taking advantage of people.
Gender mainstreaming is an approach that not only protects human rights but gives opportunities to more people and can build long-term laws that will profit both the owner and coworker. There are many scenarios that can show how a person with good health insurance will be healthier, how benefits will make you happier, how happy coworkers you like will make your stay at your job, and many, many more.
