BARS Poster Upload Student Instructions:

HERE is a video tutorial on the process.

NOTE. All co-author students must follow steps 1 and 2 below in order to be added to the post as a co-author, even the students who don’t create the post.

1. Log in to the OpenLab

2. Join the Research and Scholarship Community profile

2. • https://openlab.bmcc.cuny.edu/groups/research-and-scholarship/

3. Create a website post and upload your poster at https://openlab.bmcc.cuny.edu/research-and-scholarship/:

3. • Click the plus sign in the black bar at the top of the site to create a new post
   • Choose post category BARS 2025
   • Type title of study
   • Search for a pdf embedder block and upload poster
   • Search for heading blocks to create headings for Author, Co-author, Mentor, Abstract, following model post https://openlab.bmcc.cuny.edu/research-and-scholarship/2023/05/16/application-of-marine-algae-on-the-uptake-of-gold-iii-in-aqueous-solutions/
   • Save draft, Preview in new tab
   • Publish to submit for review
