My thoughts on this article: Though Lindsay makes a point about ” America not starting slavery” and how slavery was something that been going on for 9,000+ years, I feel like Lindsay is not taking into account the impact African Slave trade had, however, I could be wrong. This is also me not saying that the people that were non-black was not as important as the enslavement of Africans, it could have been at least the utmost profitable according to a great worth I read on the economic growth of the African Slave trades. I would also like to mention the after math once slavery was being abolished in different countries around the world. We need to justify the prejudice, colorism, and classism among races or immigrants in the 21st century..
