Live Action and combining computer animation always baffles me. From Star Wars, which always made me cringe a little bit, by seeing the outline of it to movies today making it look so real, its unbelievable. The first time CGI surprised me was a scene in 2012 when the volcano explodes and they are driving the van away. Seeing it all done in a green room with a van on a rig to make it shake. That scene blew my mind. But also with some movies where they purposely add in cartoons can make it or break it. One example where it works is Space Jam and one I believe it fails, are the infected in I am Legend.
