wanting to be an animator myself I’ve have been warned of mistreatment like this. Growing up, my dad worked freelance at an art studio, seeing free lance work first hand you need to get accustom to sporadic hours and saving receipts. Its sad seeing animators mistreated and its even worse that this kind of conduct is to be expected i remember when sausage party came out there was new of the animators being underappreciated and under payed.
