My name is Jocelyn Meza and I am an Early Childhood Education student at Borough of Manhattan Community College. I am passionate about working with young children and creating learning experiences that support their growth, creativity, and confidence. Through my coursework I have learned the importance of play-based learning, child development and building inclusive classroom environments where every child feels valued and supported. I enjoy designing hands-on activities that encourage children to explore, communicate and express themselves creatively. My goal as a future educator is to help children develop a love for learning while supporting their social, emotional, cognitive and language development. This portfolio highlights my growth, experiences and projects throughout my journey in Early Childhood Education.
