After viewing and looking at additional research about why they continue to stall the ratification of
equal rights for women is simply one fact. It won’t benefit the patriarchy in their eyes or
Capitalism won’t be able to benefit from equality. But women being protected
lawfully and politically can benefit not just this country, but the world because I believe that
This should be a law that other countries should follow behind. One fact is that if women
were financially settled in major corporations plus opening their major corporations with
women being the bosses without backlash from politics or patriarchy we would find solutions that
both parties seem to not care about to don’t want to deal with. First, I believe that most
corporations run by women would find a way that is less challenging for the mother
who just had a child and needs more than two or three weeks to recover from childbirth. For
example, in Canada, it was told to me and my research that whenever a woman has a child
she can take off for more than a month (depending on how she delivered her child) and
still receive compensation so she won’t miss taking care of her family also the father if he
needs to take time off he receives monies as well so any lack or financial gaps can
cause marital issues in their relationship. I think that places like Canada and other countries have
inclusion and don’t see women as separate members of their society and I think that all
American women desire. To feel like we can have a legal right to be included, counted, and
seen as a force that has and still is shaping this country. It comes down to thirteen states that
can have this ratified and considered to get the momentum going to make this a law. However,
We must keep in mind that if this is a law that happens to this country who will it all include?
Natural women? LGBTQ+? And or both? I think a workable solution would be for the other theory
seven states should give concise reasons why they agree to this law and send their reason to the
thirteen states that are standing in the way of making history…. It is all about communication
empathy and awareness not just for your state but for the country
