What are the pros and cons of Ballroom becoming mainstream?
I think the ballroom scene has been wonderful to draw attention to the talent in our community and has contributed to the acceptance of our lifestyle. That said, I also know from first-hand experience that some heterosexual people, who aren’t ‘in the know’, use this as ammunition to try and generalize their view of how all gay people act, talk and behave.
