Hi Vanique, I am quite aware of the Flint Michigan water crisis, Funny you picked this as your activism piece, I did a whole study about this horrific tragedy that occurred to the people of Flint . This actually made both my daughter and I cry. Just the way black people and the poor are looked down upon is simply sad. In Flint Michigan all the politicians cared about was how to line their pockets with money. Meanwhile, people were dying from drinking the tainted water of Flint, while the politicians went along their merry way, living life to the fullest. This is such a sad story.

It’s an absolute disgrace!! If you know the documentary maker Michael Moore, the first documentary he directed “Roger & Me” was about the closing of the General Motors plant and how it devastated Flint. He is from flint and made this film in 1989.
