In this class English 201, I learned a lot from all the stories we read. Some of these left a mark on my heart because it was something I experienced before and changed my thinking. one of these stories that have some meaning in my own life is “What lips my lips have kissed, and where, and why”. I selected this story because it makes me remind my past loves and romantic adventures that I had before. The moments and the places where I had those beautiful moments. That made me recognize the real meaning of what is love. The work that changed my own perspective is “Salvation”. In this story, I comprehended that there are many people that do not feel the same thing as others referring to religion, especially when referring to Christianity. Not all of us have the same sentiments and beliefs, each one has his/her own form of thinking and belief. There are people that believe a lot in God and religion and people who do not believe in anything even when it is invited to seek God and integrate into religion. Finally, the work that looks more attractive to me was “Cathedral”. It is because the plot is easy to understand, and it has a significant and wonderful message. Blinds can feel like a common person even when they do not see.
