After reading so many fairy tales along the week, I found something that really resonate with me. In the story of Bluebeard, where it shows how women instinct can be killed by the way they are raised. At first the girls and their mother had negative feeling toward bluebeard because he was strange and scary. However, after spending a day in the forest with him, the young sister starts to feel different toward bluebeard. Since he treats them well that day, the younger sister starts thinking that bluebeard is not bad as she thought. That change of mentality towards bluebeard, shows how she can easily be manipulated. It like she was not even taught that someone being nice to you does not mean she is a good person. It seems that she was not fully prepared for the real life out there. That reminds me of a parental education in my country, where women are so protect from the outside world that they cannot differentiate mostly good people or bad. Mostly they do not go outside so much to meet people, so they do not have many experiences in the outside, or about confronting obstacles of life. They tend to put their guard down because unconsciously they think that people outside are the same that the one at home. Their instinct to detect danger is not fully awaked because it was basically never put in work. That is why theye are mostly naive and easy to fool.
