“Reading make’s immigrants of us all. It takes us away from home, but more important, it finds homes for us everywhere”. Is not only a quote u must really take in and read over a couple of times. But it’s worth it as the definition of this is very true to us the readers. Sure most stories gives us life lessons for example “ the necklace”. But I believe this quote expresses the meaning of our type and our favorite genre. The authors can create different books but us as readers will each find a home in one of those books. You may ask how. Well when the author creates a story he’s also creating a home for the minds and hearts of the people who will cherish that story. Although some stories may be fictional. Our emotions are the main thing that looks for homes in stories as we can relate to them or find interesting and inspiring factors. This is why reading makes us immigrants but we each get our own home when we read a book we love.
