Welcome to my world! My name is Dreanda Cordero, and I’m thrilled to share a little about myself. I wear many hats, including being an Army veteran, a 2023 graduate in Small Business Entrepreneurship from BMCC, a devoted mother and wife, a life coach, a business owner, and a podcaster.
Born and raised in the vibrant city of New York, I have a deep passion for helping people and inspiring them to be the best versions of themselves, even in the face of adversity. I firmly believe that in every challenging situation, there is an opportunity to find the silver lining and make the best out of it.
In addition to my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Alongside my roles as a realtor and life coach, I am currently pursuing the Small Business Entrepreneurship program at BMCC. However, my true calling lies in making a positive impact on the lives of youth and young parents, guiding them away from the criminal justice system.
To turn this passion into action, I am in the process of establishing a nonprofit organization called G.U.A.P. – Give Us A Purpose. Through G.U.A.P., my aim is to provide valuable experiences, guidance, and mentorship to young individuals, offering them the support they need to overcome challenges and thrive in life.
Additionally, I’m excited to announce that I’m embarking on a new entrepreneurial venture. I am in the process of launching a company that specializes in personalized/custom boxes for girls and parents, as well as personalized/custom gift boxes. My goal is to create unique, thoughtful products that bring joy and make meaningful connections between loved ones.
I am truly grateful for the opportunities I have had and the experiences that have shaped me into who I am today. It is my sincere desire to utilize my skills, knowledge, and life experiences to uplift and inspire others to reach their full potential.
