About me

These images represent the various parts of my life that make up who I am . Being able to care for patients in the Respiratory Care Field and knowing they can communicate in a language they understand and are comfortable with brings me great satisfaction . I am able to use my bilingual fluency anywhere I go. Being part of a team , all dedicated to find the best care and comfort for the ones in need , feels like a blessing .

My family have been my greatest supporters through this journey in switching careers after 10 years in the Hospitality/Hotel industry . I felt I was not allowing myself to extend my full potential if I did not find something that made me truly happy .

My birthday is on October 27th, so my birthday weekend always falls on Halloween . I have enjoyed many years of costumes , however , the Marvel character Storm has always been my favorite . Besides her cool features , I love all that she represents as a woman of color and her backstory and African heritage . I put my costumes pieces myself as well as sew things together to customize my own unique costume.

Being my husband served the United States Army , now veteran, my family and I are full supporters of the Wounded Warrior Project. This organizations creates a safe space by managing activities , trips, counseling, help with work, amongst other things involving community service for all veterans and their families .
