Summary
The fallacy that I chose is black-or-white. To explain it simply, black-or-white(false dilemmas) is a fallacy where you are presented two and only options. No options in between and you have to choose a side. This fallacy can lead to bad decision-making since life is more complex than two choices. The most popular example is : "You're either with us or against us". Our world right now is like a coin where we are only presented two possibilities . You are either left or right . You are either for open boarders or close boarders. You are either pro life or pro choice. No variation in between. As an advice try to think outside the box, ask the question "what about if...?". Life is full of options, it is too simple to limit every subject to only two extremes.
