Summary
I recently joined a small group or program in this university and I really liked joining and being part of it. I would like my cult to be a program that students can feel safe and can do activities that make them feel at peace and forget the negative things that can happen to a person in their daily life. As the leader, I set out rules such as, what is done and said in the group stays in the group, negative opinions are not accepted and not having a negative opinion about any feeling that other people share. We will all take votes on what kind of things we can do in the group, whether it be talking about something that bothers people, doing crafts and participating in university activities, such as attending the theater or even doing homework. This can help many students since college is a difficult stage and can help students feel good at college or outside of college. From time to time it feels good to let yourself go and stop thinking for a while or talk it out with people you will never see in your life. We can put forms in the school announcing the cult so that students who are interested can join.
This cult will be called “A Safe Place for Students”. Over time we could do activities according to the holidays, listening-only sections where each person sits down to listen to others about something that affects them. We may have voted where students choose what type of activities they want to do, different crafts, experiments, relaxation exercises, breathing and many more.
