Summary
The topic that I read was about the Palestine- Israel war and how the United Nation wanted to call of a cease fire but the United States vetos the calling for a cease fire. The first article was from the right side Fox News, when I read the article and also watched the video it was very upsetting to read and watch, only because it was very bias and opinionated with no evidence to back them up. It was mostly the news reporter just stating that this is a political war that started because of what Hamas did to Israelis on October 9th and how they need to continue supporting Israel until they eliminate all Hamas. The new reporter even compared October 9th to September 11th and said that is like if we called a cease fire when we went to war with the Talibans. They were also explaining that given the cease fire will give the chance for Hamas to run. The second article I read was the left side from ABC News which the author was explaining the situation it was more facts with a little hint of bias. The author gave us quotes and went to explain how Palestine's was pushed to Rafah where more than a million people are sheltering and how America is more consider about Israels campaign than public statements by American representative at the United Nation. The center side was explaining the situation but it wasn't opinions it was facts of what was actually happening.
