The topic of all three articles is Gentrification. The first article is labeled as center and is called “walking the fine line of rural development and gentrification”. The Second article is labeled as Right and is called “In middle America, Gentrification is a useless word”. The third article is labeled Left and is called “hawaiis head of emergency quits as hawaiians warn of climate gentrification”. In all three articles, there is alot of biased language. In the second article, gentrification is used and describes as a tool to help improve the lives of people. In the left, gentrification is describes as something that destroys homes. In the center, gentrification is used in both ways.
