Why are people in Brownsville in Poverty?
For many years, Brownsville Brooklyn has been a place where people would consider dangerous. The dilapidated community has a history of poor economic structure. With the lack of economic possibilities, comes the destabilization of the community as a whole. In 2015 24% of families in Brownsville were homeless. Why? My topic is going to discuss why Brownsville is in poverty for as long as it is, and what is the plan to stabilize the community.
