Research Question: “How does poor neighborhoods and poor communities play a role in crime in New York”
Summary: I chose this topic because I find it interesting that poor neighborhoods and communities can play a role in crime rates, and so I will speak about their impact in crime rates and solutions that were arranged in place to reduce the rates.
