Summary
I will be researching the effect of the Cross Bronx Expressway on people that live in The Bronx. The reason this subject is important for me is because I live a couple blocks away from the Cross Bronx Expressway. I do see the effects of the Expressway on us and people that live in The Bronx. I never thought of reattaching this top but I am very curious now.
