Summary
Research Question: How does community policing affect New York Neighborhoods? Does it positively impact the community ?
The reason I chose this topic is that I want to investigate how community policing affects the communities in that police attempt to affect change in. I want to find out does community policing effectively and positively work to better improve the communities.
