Summary: The types of crimes that were reported over the past week were gun violence and assaults. I’ve been researching last week’s crimes I found that on Day 1 a 15-year-old boy was in JD sports trying to rob and the security guard caught him and tried shooting at the security but instead, he shot a 37-year-old woman who was hit in the leg. Day 2 a 20-year-old man had been wanted in a series of carjackings and shootings in Memphis, a man was found dead, and two women were shot. On day 3 there was a shooting at Mount Eden Avenue station in the Bronx, two groups of teenagers on board a northbound 4 train were involved in a dispute and one of the individuals took out a gun and started firing shots toward passengers exiting the train and at people on the platform. 5 wounded victims from ages 14-71 and 35-year-old man who died. Day 4 there was a shooting in front of an Atlanta high school students were fired from an “Unknown vehicle” shortly after classes had been let out of the day.
