After studying and learning the material on situational crime prevention , These are the crime prevention technologies and solutions in my neighborhood and community that I have seen throughout my day. In the first image it can be a sign that gives a warning that an NYPD camera is near watching and in the third image that exact camera can be seen. This is a very good example of crime prevention technology because this can prevent anyone from any kind of harm or theft along their way to school and allows them to have a more safe journey. Also it may be a good deterrent for criminals since the camera can pick them up if they do any kind of criminality in the area. In the second Image it can be seen two officers on foot patrol in the train station. This is also a good example of crime prevention and solution because people would think twice to do something criminal in front of two police officers and it becomes a solution because if someone does do something criminal the officers are there to apprehend them which ultimately can make the subway safer.
