Short Assignment 4

I think traffic stops are necessary in certain situations, but I do think about how traffic laws are enforced in cities and suburbs. Traffic stops help prevent crimes but it also help people stay under the speed limit. For example, if there are checkpoints in certain areas drivers become more careful when driving. I believe doing such thing like banning traffic stops would be positive and negative. Traffic stops/Pullovers are one of the most common activities police do in order to prevent crimes from happening. banning traffic stops can impact our public safety because fewer traffic stops means more guns being on the streets. One of the most positive changes would be less racial profiling this can help deter deaths from traffic stops. It would bring down deaths rates from traffic stops.
