The moral dilemma in the movie Parasite is the poor families taking advantage of the rich family for their personal benefits. They followed their moral position to do whatever that improves their situation. This may not be right by the standards but their situation made them take such decisions like faking a degree, identity, doing stupid acts to replace the previous helpers at home. The two poor families who were aware of the situation were ready to throw each other under the bus because their morality and mind tells them to not care about others.

At the end, it wasn’t the same, everyone ended up suffering. I think I would never be able to lie and fake to get something out of someone. If I put myself in there, I would feel mix of everything based on Chaffee’s moral positions. I would most likely be the one who doesn’t know what to do or just follow my conscience. But at the same time I think I won’t be able to do what the poor families in the movie did. However, you never know because your mentality and moral standards are going to be different depending on your situation and desperation.
