Summary
The process of having an abortion can save a woman's life. According to the article “Abortion Post –Roe” it states,” Some states are banning abortion even when some doctors conclude it is needed to save the mother's life, such as due to an ectopic pregnancy, in which an egg becomes implanted in the fallopian tube, or in the case of severe bleeding due to complications. Other states are considering prohibiting residents from traveling out of state to obtain an abortion.” This illustrates that the feral government would want to control women rights like banning abortion. Banning abortion would cause more harm for women since few would want a child or are underage due to unprotected sex. Not having an abortion available can affect a woman’s health due to medical complications. There are some states that have abortion available but if the feral government makes banning abortion legal in all states, then all women are in danger, and it will create even more chaos because it will be taking women’s right on what they can do to their body. It should be their body, their choice.
Abortion is a right women should have because it is their body their choice. According to the article” How the right to legal Abortion Changed the Arc of all Women’s Lives” by Katha Pollitt states, “...without legal, accessible abortion, the assumptions that have shaped all women's lives in the past few decades including that they, not a torn condom or a missed pill or a rapist, will decide what happens to their bodies and their futures—will change.” This illustrates that women decision on their body should only be for themselves like no man figure or condom or pill should prevent them from stop a pregnancy. Not even the government trying to control women’s pregnancy should tell them what to do. It feels like a women’s right is slowly taking away like first some states banning abortion while other do not because they still believe a women should have a right to decide if they do or do not want an abortion. In some medical cases abortion can be a good thing for example saving a woman’s life even if it means to abort the pregnancy because it can be dangerous for both female and the fetus. It should not be question that a women cannot abort because of any circumstances and abortion should be legal. However, if some states want to ban it will be their choice, but it should be legal throughout the US.
On the other hand, banning abortion should be legalized in all states to save an unborn child and benefit republican. AN example from the article “The Supreme Court” by Christina L. Lyons states, “Anti-abortion groups bitterly assail the 1973 ruling and defend what they call the “right to life” of the “unborn child.” Another example sates, “Four justices that supported the Dobbs decisions, for instance, attended a gala hosted by The Federalist Society, a nonprofit that has supported Republican priorities such as overturning Roe. After the Dobbs draft opinion was leaked, and amid new allegations that a leak also occurred ahead of a 2014 case ruling on contraceptive mandates, many observers raised alarms about the court's integrity, and called for an ethics code for the justices. Republicans, who assume control of the House in January, are likely to prevent adoption of court reform proposals, but the debate will continue...” Making abortion legal throughout the U.S. would give more control to the republicans and would create more chaos. Having legal abortion can save an unborn child to give a chance in life. Having another human being in this world would be a good thing and it means the population is growing. Since the overturn of Roe republicans some sort of advantage which can lead to other political situations arise and could overrun them. The republicans are hoping to ban abortion throughout the U.S. to prevent any unethical behavior.
