Welcome to week 9. We will be exploring logical fallacies. I am sure many of them will sound familiar to you. In Conversation 7 will be challenged to come up with your own examples.
You may also notice that this week seems lighter in terms of content. This is because you are working on your argumentative essay draft and outline, due at the end of this week’s unit/ at the start of week 10. Your draft has no required length but it does have a few required components: see this week’s activities and Peer Review on our Discussion Board/ Conversation. Similarly, the outline requires you to clearly state your working thesis statement/ conclusion and several premises. Please post both your draft and your outline on the OpenLab in Conversation by the end of this unit.
