Summary

If I had to create a cult I would create one that would be concentrated on people who want to abandon their ordinary lives and live in nature. The cult members would build their own houses and community. there would be huge libraries available for people in this cult. Internet and media would be limited to kids of certain ages and members would have to farm and make their food. It would be a place where art, nature, knowledge, and spirituality are the main things. I believe this would benefit many people today, who are not only brainwashed and influenced by marketing media and politicians but also unable to feel the benefits of art nature, and knowledge. The rules would be to consider everyone and respect everyone's opinion. Critical arguments are allowed but discrimination and bullying are prohibited. I would be 100%honest about the goal and purpose of the course and just underline all the information mentioned above. I would not try to market it to anyone and joining or leaving would be completely optional.

I want to talk about the Mansons family because I have been familiar with their story. They started as a spiritual and peace-loving cult that traveled and concentrated on love and art. Charles himself would retrieve women to join by being very flirtatious and charming. Later on, as Charles's dream of becoming a musician was crashing his thrust for violence and sex became more and more instance. Eventually, they committed multiple murders and even young girls who were members of the cult participated. I would avoid any offer to join the cult in general and especially if a man is stying to charm me into one.

I choose the topic of working with cult survivors

I learned that people initially join them because they are in search of something positive and spiritual, they want to experience unity and love. Later on, for these survivors, all these dreams and expectations come crashing down as they realized they are trapped. They are influenced and brainwashed unable to escape or turn back from the cult. The situation becomes abusive and depressing for them and those who manage to survive still carry permanent mental scars from these experiences.
