Do you use short videos in your classes, or are you considering incorporating short, self-produced videos for your courses? Attend this workshop to learn how to create short, simple video presentations to include in your Brightspace courses, and to think through the methods we have at our disposal to record and disseminate this type of content.
We will talk through methods for capturing video and sound, and methods for creating video lectures wherein there is speaker video and audio accompanying slides. We will discuss how to use Zoom to record different types of videos, and how to have those videos live on our Brightspace course sites for ease of access for students.
Come with your ideas and questions and participate in a conversation about different methods and practices for creating short video content for your courses.
