In my animation I used Lens Flare to replicate the sun shining, and I used particles to try and replicate bats flying out of the cave.

In this video I use the effects of Lens Flame to lighting, and Black & White to the effect of a TV turning on.

I added a particle effect and vignette effect, I wanted to add some texture and create a old-timey cartoon aesthetic.
