- After reading this week’s reading, I learned about many new forms of literacy and how they change overtime as technology evolves and information is easier to access. Also the use of technology in classrooms engage students to participate in class.
- From this week’s ted talk I learned about how literacy is very important and is connected to everything. I also learned that now information travels faster because of new technology. Very simple pictures can become famous all over the world within seconds.
- Some new literacies that have helped me with my education are sharing photos and videos. Nowadays, I can find videos for anything I’m having a hard time with. It’s so convenient because you can watch the videos almost anywhere.
- My mom recently switched from android to iphones so I would have to show her how to use the iphone because it’s way different from the android.
- I cannot live without texting because it’s so convenient. Sometimes you are too busy and can’t talk to someone on the phone so you could just text. Also, texting helps me stay in touch with my friends back in my country.
