You are halfway there: this is the mid-point in the semester, and before you know it the semester will be over. Take a deep breath, and keep on going.
All the midterm week assignments are due by tonight–Flip, letter, midterm check in, survey. Thank you to all those of you who have already submitted those assignments. Feedback coming soon!
Also, just a reminder that I will no longer accept assignments from the first half of the semester after Nov 1st. If you are missing anything and would like to complete it, this is the last chance. Then there will be plenty of opportunities for your amazing work in the second half of the semester, and we’ll return to soft deadlines–if you need extra time, use it and let me know when you are done.
Also, I completed midterm progress reports earlier this week, with individual comments for each and every one of you. Now it’s your turn to let me know how you think you are doing via the midterm check in.
The assignments for week 9 are: Conversation 6 and essay check in. The point of the latter is really to remind you to keep on working on your research essay every week between now and Nov 28th. The more steps you take now, the fewer steps you will need to climb closer to the deadline.
