The Grand Feast is a small family-owned business located in the upper west side. Its mission is to bring the world together through the art of gastronomy by offering a truly delightful and unforgettable culinary experience from all corners of the globe. As a general manager working over 50 hours my responsibilities include, creating schedules, managing sales reports, managing inventory, creating a training guide for new employees. Using my software skills, I am responsible of designed specials, designing menus, photographing food for social media including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and the restaurants website. At The Grand Feast Restaurant not only do I bring my leadership and communication skills to ensure all our guest have a memorable dining experience with us, while maintaining order on the floor and back of the house. In addition I use my artistic skills to create new menus as we grow.

Career Connected Learning is an innovative take on internships, apprenticeship and employment program from the Media Arts and Technology department at the Borough of Manhattan Community College. Working as an intern here I am able to expand on my graphic design and photoshop skills to create Instagram post for BMCC students as a way to inform them of Internship opportunities.
