1.you can tell the difference between unjust law and just law because of moral law and how people get treated. A just law is something that should be uplifting people and keeping peace.Moral laws are something that shows off people personalities.

The difference between unjust law and just law effects how somone lives there life because their morals show and the life they choose to live shows that too.for example a person in jail in in a very different position then someone that is a law obeying citizen . Having the distinction is what makes a person a hood person in society

common law marriage laws are unjust because many people have chosen not to get married because of the responsibility yet they still have to obey the split process of common law a just law is rental land lord laws which makes sure everyone lives in a safe space

Ideology is your opinion on something based of of many factors like upbringing ,a social status and morality

B conservative ideology believe that the government needs to have limited power compared to the liberal where they believe government should pay a bigger role in society to help needy people.

C ideology is important for making important decisions in politics because it helps people connect in what they believe in for example many conservatives are religious.religion alone is very important for some people but because it plays a huge role in conservatives belief a person that grew up religious is more likely to pick a right sided position than someone that was raised in a atheist household

2.the main difference between conservative and liberals is their morals.for example conservatives are very much for themselves because most conservatives have a belief that they are good without hand outs and that they work harder than the lower class. Liberals are more worried about everything and everyone around them.Liberals care about the environment and lower income individuals.

3.He explained that ideology is set to help the elite people is society stay in control socially of lower class people.at the time people believe in divine rights which was the belief that whatever class you were born in is where you belong.

The supreme court decided not to side with the women that ended up sueing walmart because they did not share the same treatment from higher up within walmart. They also did not agree to a settlement money that was enough for all of them. The judge said he need a glue factor to side with the women.

The court system is a place where people get to face their problems in a fair space. The reason the court system is a fair space is because the courts are design to protect each peson consitutional rights and go by each state law that are in place. Giving everybody the same type of treatment no matter race status or wealth. For example the criminal court system gives every one the chance to a speedy hearing no matter the crime.

i agree that the supreme court is anti democratic because it is run by the few Individuals that are appointed by Superiors and the job itself is done by a individual decisons vs the public being able to sway a judge opinion.

The reason the war on terror is differnet then traditional wars because it is a main goal to protect america bill of rights and Constitution. It says in her essay “ Overall, we face one of the more dramatic Constitutional crises in United States history“.she included example of why she felt like american citizens were going through the hardest times saying “ A war against terrorism is a war of the mind, so broadly defined that the enemy becomes anybody who makes us afraid.“

The roving wiretaps seem to violate the fourth amendment because it can include innocent people that just happen to talk to suspect in their case. Also nobody likes people searching their private online exchanges with some one.Its says “Civil liberties groups say the language of the Patriot Act could lead to privacy violations of anyone who comes into casual contact with the suspect.”

sneek and peek warrants are bad because it can affect people involved in minor crimes which is not fair for people that are first time offenders that get treated poorly or progressed like major offenders.

1.the Establishment Clause is a law passed down to protect citizens from a set religion for the country. The lemon test is when the supreme court decides if a religion practice is allowed within the states and it does not cross past the rules.

the burning of the united states flag is protected by the first Amendment because it is consider freeedom of speech or symbolic speech

when someone says they are taking the fifth it means they have decided not to speak on whatever the topic is about

the main difference between the roles of the citizens in goverment is that most of the people had to agree in order to make things in effect.it says “In fact, the ability of the federal and state governments to achieve their objectives often depends on the cooperation of the other level of government”.when it can to the unitary systems if was the only one that made subnational governments dependent on the national goverment.

2.the core mission of the divison of power is to make sure that the goverment is fair .They made it this way by making three different branches called the legislative branch which was in control of making laws, the executive branch is who people vote for , the judical branch is for people that break laws.it is a way to keep things in order so the goverment does not get to powerful for its own good.

3the federal goverment allowed president donald trump to give orders to the public to practice social distance and gave people stimulus checks to help aid people during covid 19

faction reminds me of the ideology of the voting system.Because he have people with different belief voting and staying on their party side.

according to federalist 10 most people main source of wealth was getting property.the reason some people could get wealth and other couldn’t was because most people had different passions and had different degrees of security within their life.

i do not agree with the way they explain the reason by wealthy people and poor people exist because most article it says that people are poor because they have different interest or that they are just born poor that is something that i don’t agree with.

the core mission of society is for all people to have liberty to side with what they believe in. Its say that As long as the connection subsists between hisreason and his self-love, his opinions and his passions will have a reciprocal influence on eachother; and the former will be objects to which the latter will attach themselves.”right now the current govermet alligns with that core belief .

The author believes that people votes and what they are passionate about is subject to change eventually because people are going to make mistakes and switch their mindsets.

The wealthy class wrote the Constitution and excluded the lower class because they wanted people with property to be able to vote.It says that property qualifcation were steep to exclude even the white males who could vote”on page 5

i feel like the social structure of the united states is differnet then today because most americans have the oppurtunity to climb the social ladder then before because back in 1700 it was nearly impossible to reach and high position in life.

people were scared of democracy because they believe it would interfere with the existing class stracture they had in that time on page 7 it says “ to construct a goverment that would win the popular support but would not tamper with the social structure”
