The difference between a just law is that is a man made code with the moral law of god and an unjust law is a code that is out of harmony with the moral law according to MLK any law that uplifts human is just and any law that degrades human personality is un just

Yes I believe that unjust and  just does shape our society today. We women can all agree that one huge one is the fact that we cannot choose what to do with our bodies . Abortion is illegal in some states

MLK would say that a unjust law is a code that is out of harmony and we call all agree that a good example is abortion women are stripped from making that choice in some states

There is a lot of ways in witch  the court system is better suited to protect the individual that are the elected branches of government . The first way , is that it gives a forum for the airing of grievances that might not otherwise be heard , this is needed when the government or a powerful company is against a person .

2. Yes I agree , that the Supreme Court is an anti democratic part of our government because they are not elected by  citizens   . The way it works is the Constitution gives the president the power to appoint justice to the court. That means that whoever the president appointed has the power so whoever the president favors is in charge .

1-. The courts use the lemon test that is a three part test that determines if a law violates the establishment clause . The three  parts are  1. The law must have a purpose , 2. The primary effect of the law must be neither to advance nor to inhibit religion and finally . 3. The law must not result in a entanglement of government and religion

2-. In the 1989 case of Texas vs  Johnson the court ruled that the burning of a flag is a form of symbolic speech and it is protected by the first amendment so the burning of the US flag is protected by the first amendment

3-. I’m taking the fifth means that I will stay silent and refuse to answer any questions until I am with my lawyer.

We as citizens of America have the role of voting for who is gonna represent us and in confederal system they have the most say and sometimes we really in the central government

The way I understand separation of power is like the division of states into branches. Different responsibilities and power

The federal government shapes the actions by giving and distributing the grants and aids and gives them opportunities to solve todays problems ,

1. The social class that wrote the constitution was the the upper class  who are business owners and property owner and it was made  in a way where the lower class have little to no power over the upper class .

2. To be honest the social classes has not changed as much but there is more opportunities to the lower class today then back then , but the lower class still struggle a lot more people are becoming homeless and sick because of the lack of living needs .

3. They were afraid that the power is going to go to the wrong hands. Democracy was called the most of all political evils .

1- The way I think of production is anything that needs labors in it like , business it is a production that is owned by a private person and examples of productions can be Uber eats , Spotify , buildings , halls . On the other hand labor is where people work like factories , fast food areas

2- we accomplish things by the way we value it and put time and effort into what we are doing

. 3- Value is making something from scratch like my father making his business from zero he cam into America and didn’t have anything but worked in peoples delis and saved money opend a restaurant and put his life into it and really valued it and Every time he almost gave up he remembers he had a family to feed and how he worked long hours standing up and cleaning in other peoples delis , now he owns many restaurants down town Manhattan.

4. We can all agree that labor is the work that the people work physically and mentally and the time that people put in there jobs and labor power is the ability and capacity to work

5. Surplus value is the value on the top witch means that the labors won’t get a profit other than there wages and that that it will go to there boss , or the one that owns the company
