1. what’s new about the war is that it will take on a whole new form of national emergency that will allow for states to “derogate” from – or temporarily put aside – some of their human rights commitments. certain human rights, such as the right to life, the Acts of war, or terrorism challenge the human rights framework almost to the point where it seems like it has been destroyed. It is hard to see any place for human rights when human life is deliberately targeted, or where it is seen as “collateral damage. in a traditional war, you follow instructions and move on command, but in this type, it seems like anything goes destroy what move.
2.Because they can be able to wiretap your country and you dont even know it this is infringing on their fourth amendment rights.
3.sneek and peek warrents this means the your house or any other proprity can be entered by law enforcements without your presents with a warrent.
