Here is an update on training options available in February and beyond:
- CUNY Spring 2024 Training for Instructors: This training series includes webinars on Getting Started with Brightspace; ABCs of Content; Engaging Learners; Assessing Learning; and Ask Me Anything. You can view the training schedule and register for sessions here on the CUNY Brightspace site.
- BMCC Brightspace Q&A Sessions on Zoom, Every Friday at 10:00am. We’ll introduce the session in the main room, then break into smaller groups in facilitated breakout rooms based on your experience with Brightspace so far and what you are most interested in working on. The sessions will be Q&A focused, so bring your questions! Register here.
- BMCC CETLS/Digital Education Faculty Hours on Zoom. These lab-style sessions are held every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and offer a space to work on Brightspace in small groups together with a learning experience designer. Sign up with this form.
We are continuing to add resources to our Faculty Resources and are in the process of developing an asynchronous training course for faculty.
