Brightspace Support
24/7/365 support from D2L is available through chat, email, and phone. Within Brightspace, you will find a “Brightspace Virtual Assistant,” or chatbot that can respond to text-based inquiries and connect you to a person as needed. This can be accessed via the virtual assistant icon in the lower-right corner:
