Bring your questions about how you can prepare in Blackboard for the transition to Brightspace to Faculty Hours with CETLS and Digital Education on Zoom! These drop-in hours take place three days a week through December 21, resuming January 2.

- Wednesdays, 12:30-2:00
- Thursdays, 1:00-2:30

Brightspace Support
24/7/365 support from D2L is available through chat, email, and phone. Within Brightspace, you will find a “Brightspace Virtual Assistant,” or chatbot that can respond to text-based inquiries and connect you to a person as needed. This can be accessed via the virtual assistant icon in the lower-right corner:
